  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Procurement Systems Specialist-Coupa

Location: San Diego, CA OR Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Position Summary:

  • This position will be part of Client’s procurement operations team with good background in procurement process and procurement system. This role is preferred to be based in San Diego, CA but can be fully remote.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fully involve and assist Procurement Ops lead in the design, implementation, and testing of new ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Support procurement systems upgrade/configuration (Coupa) and its integrations with contract tool(Agiloft)
  • Work closely with other business partners including accounting/finance team, legal, stakeholders, and legal
  • Ensure Compliance to company guidelines, SOX requirements, and company policies
  • Assist Accounts payable on their monthly/quarterly closing activities
  • Acquire and maintain a technical understanding of the industry and procurement process.
  • Other ad hoc analysis and project such as third party risk vendor assessment

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement operation area with minimum 1 year on procurement systems such as Coupa and ERP systems integrations (NetSuite preferred). An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.
