Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for high-end design and luxury brand positioning?

Join our client’s team as the Sales Executive/Leader, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and fostering elite relationships. You will be in charge of achieving annual sales targets, cultivating strong bonds with top interior designers and architects, and engaging clients through exclusive events and personalized experiences. Collaborate with the international team to expand our brand’s footprint in New York and beyond in the US and make a lasting impact in the world of luxury design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution to achieve Annual sales targets by generating inquiries and timely converting deals in order to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets while maintaining brand positioning.
  • Introduce, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers and architects focused on high-end residential projects.
  • Engage clients with in-person meetings, vendor presentations, and virtual tours/discussions for sales growth.
  • Collaboratively strategize with overseas teams and execute marketing plans to build the brand in New York.
  • Identifies and expands the relationship with the IDAs network beyond New York.
  • Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and Art and design exhibitions.
  • Strategize & acquire high-net-worth clients and maintain exceptional relationships with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the brand.
  • Identify & collaborate with IDAs, galleries, artists, and like-minded brands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, interior design, business, or related fields.
  • 7-12 years of experience in sales within the architecture and interior design community (a focus on high-end residential clients and projects) preferred
  • Strong network and relationship with interior designers creating high-end residential projects.
  • Extensive experience in engaging and working with IDA community/Interior Designers doing high-end residential projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media and interior design-based groups, associations and organizations.
  • Experience in acquiring ultra-high-net-worth clients & generating sales in luxury, art, and design industries.
  • Experience and ability in planning & executing high-end events and private previews.
  • An ability to market & develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, a good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Mindset & approach to be solution-driven. Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the luxury market in design.
