  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to support our semiconductor manufacturing client in Palo Alto, CA.

Position Overview:
As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will be essential in designing, developing, and implementing custom SAP solutions that enhance business processes within the semiconductor manufacturing sector. Your extensive experience will enable you to provide strategic insights and technical expertise to optimize our client s SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand client requirements to develop effective SAP ABAP solutions.
  • Design, code, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Perform system enhancements, modifications, and support for existing ABAP programs.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code and database queries.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ABAP developments.
  • Stay current with SAP technologies and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including ALV reports, BAPIs, user exits, and enhancements.
  • Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data migration techniques and tools, including LSMW and BODS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP certification in ABAP is a plus.
