Job Description
Working with the Talent Acquisition team and local Human Resources teams, coordinates the onboarding activities of the pending worker and transferring worker to include processing all required documents. Effectively communicates status and concerns with the recruiter and / or the facility Human Resources using established protocols. Responsible for completion of the pending worker’s file in the HRIS system. Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with the Talent Acquisition team and local Human Resources team to promote quality service. Importing and verifying the pending worker record for accuracy, clarity of the documents being submitted. Appropriately communicates with the pending worker and instructs them in proper completion of pre-employment materials.
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required. Associate degree in a related field in Human Resources, Business Administration or related, preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in human resources functions. Healthcare experience preferred.
