Job Overview: Employee Relations Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

We seek an Employee Relations Manager to promote a positive workplace and manage employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement employee relations policies and provide guidance to leaders and employees on workplace issues.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution and offer advice on performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and complex leave matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases, track activity, identify risks, and address trends proactively.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and investigation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for case management and reporting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
