  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Our client, rapidly growing IT Solutions firm in New York, NY, is looking to add a Finance & Accounting Manager to their team. Responsibilities of this position include covering all finance and accounting functions (AR/AP, GAAP Accounting, processing/approving payments), assisting with the year end audit process, and managing a small team of Finance and Accounting Analysts. The ideal candidate will come from a mid-sized IT or Business Solutions firm, 10-15 years' experience in managing a finance & accounting team, and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Execution and management of all accounting functions including Accounts Payable/Receivable and P&L reporting
  • Overseeing the work of several Finance & Accounting Associates
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger and balance sheet; providing ongoing variance analysis

Requirements:

  • Ten-plus years' experience in accounting & finance, coming from a Small or mid-sized business solutions firm
  • Proven background in both financial operations processes and team management
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
