Description

Are you passionate about bringing creative ideas to life and driving impactful marketing strategies? At My Senior Health Plan, we're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator who excels in social media, event planning, and email marketing to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in amplifying our marketing efforts. You’ll take charge of maintaining and updating our marketing materials, both digital and print, and ensure our website is engaging and up to date. Your expertise will help us grow our social media presence through compelling content and insightful analytics. You’ll also have the opportunity to orchestrate events, seminars, and webinars, creating memorable experiences that resonate with our audience.

Crafting effective email campaigns will be part of your role, and you'll be instrumental in nurturing client relationships and supporting new business development. Your analytical skills will come into play as you track and assess our marketing campaigns and online activities. Additionally, you’ll be involved in content creation, from writing articles and promotional materials to storyboarding videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
    • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
    • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram).
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.
    • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Third-Party Business Development:
    • Identify and establish partnerships with third-party businesses to enhance marketing efforts.
    • Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements with partners.
    • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with third-party partners.
    • Track and report on the success of partnership activities.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a focus on sales-driven initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Social Media, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator, MailChimp (or similar), and WordPress.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for crafting clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Personality Traits: Confident, outgoing, and resilient under pressure, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a creative flair for event planning.
