Responsibilities
- Perform software testing and quality assurance activities according to defined test plans and procedures
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
- Conduct independent troubleshooting of simpler issues and provide detailed reports
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Work with multiple screens to efficiently manage testing and documentation tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of testing activities and results
- Confident computer proficiency and familiarity with software testing tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently troubleshoot simpler issues
- Ability to work with multiple screens and efficiently manage testing tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance is preferred
