  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About this role:

Senior Design Manager for Global Hospitality work.

A renowned Design studio known for their sophisticated luxury interiors is seeking Project Manager to lead large hospitality and luxury residential projects. They are looking for a Project Manager with a minimum of (8-12 years) experience on relevant project types to join their studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding a team through the design, documentation and construction phases on Luxury Hospitality projects and other typologies (Yachts, Residential, Restaurants)
  • Collaborate closely with all partners involved - from clients to contractors
  • Presenting design intent to clients.
  • Communicate all project intricacies swiftly and effectively in order to keep project on-time
  • Produce and assemble construction documents and custom specifications.
  • Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring the design ethos is upheld.
  • Maintaining office guidelines, processes and standards.

Skills and Experience:

  • 8-12 Years experience working in a leading luxury design studio.
  • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Excellent design and concept skills with digital tools: Rhino, Adobe, Enscape, Revit experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a design intensive, collaborative environment
  • Extensive knowledge of FF&E and Interior Design for luxury clients.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
