Publishing Project Manager

• Work with Sr. Leadership, product owners, engineering, and product managers to define, develop, and refine plans to comply with Web Publishing processes and SOPs.
• Work in close coordination with Web Publishing customers, guiding them through the process lifecycle, ensuring supportability readiness for their products.
• Use agile development principles to produce continuous value while readily adapting to change.
• Provide governance and support process improvement while helping to define the organization s roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity.
• Coordinate and help resolve issues when needed; ensure issues are addressed before becoming a roadblock; escalate issues raised by team as needed.
• Work with teams to identify & mitigate risks and issues during planning and execution.
• Communicate overall program status, risks, and issues to team and to relevant stakeholders.

• Microsoft experience highly preferred
• Stakeholder management experience
• Experience creating queries in ADO
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment
• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and team members
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives
• Proven skills in promoting and maintaining client satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience in operational or process improvement
• Can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment
• High energy and a can do attitude. Ability to motivate self and others
