Description of Duties:
The Senior Mission Assurance Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
Possess the ability to work closely with systems, electrical and mechanical engineers as well as facility operations and maintenance personnel and teams.
Apply Mission Assurance best practices to requirements definition, design, implementation, and verification of infrastructure and facility projects.
Perform Mission Assurance impact assessments and adjudicate issues with multiple mission partners in support of infrastructure projects.
Integrate and communicate with base civil engineering and communications squadrons in order to synchronize base and infrastructure projects against MDA research and development events.
Develop and maintain documentation such as updated processes, requirements traceability, matrices, Mission Assurance checklists, executive briefs, etc.
Adhere to all organizational environmental and safety programs.

Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 8 years of general experience; Master's degree and 6 years of general experience.
Must have 7 years of related experience.
Must have one year of experience in management or leadership roles.
Demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of facility operations and systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and SharePoint.
Must have an active DoD Secret, or higher, security clearance.
Desired Requirements:
Experience in the specialized construction trades (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred).
Construction project management experience.
Specialized construction trade consulting experience.
Construction or structural engineering or site engineer experience.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering field, and 5+ years of systems engineering or related experience.
Demonstrated ability to clearly present and articulate solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to closely interact and engage with a wide variety of mission partners.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and implement tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and work well in a team environment.
This position is expected to pay $104,000 - $129,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
