  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Software QA Analyst (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and testing requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects in bug tracking systems, providing detailed reports on issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Analyze test results and work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve overall software quality.
  • Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure QA best practices are integrated at each stage.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance QA methodologies and automation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a thorough approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation is a plus.
  • Experience with database testing and SQL for querying databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
