General Purpose of Job:
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for assisting with administrative functions within the logistics department. They assist the department with data entry, pulling reports, answering and making phone calls, and sending and responding to emails. This position requires extreme attention to detail and a sense of urgency in serving fellow team members, vendors and drivers. Additionally, this position may help with other responsibilities as needed. Complete any other duties as assigned by management.

- Daily Logistics Clerk duties:
- Data Entry
- Respond to and make phone calls
- Respond to and send out emails
- Providing Positive Customer Service
- Operate as backup for various positions in the logistics or warehouse department
- Complete any other duties as assigned by management
- Must pass all screens
- Willing to work additional hours, holidays and weekends as requested
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred
- Attention to accuracy and detail; must be able to accurately keep records and possess organizational skills
- Displays professionalism, a good work ethic, and is accountable for one's actions
- Act in an ethical manner, treat team members, customers, vendors and visitors with respect, and is adaptable to a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and effectively delegate in a fast-paced, detailed and deadline oriented environment
- Refined interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Highly developed communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
- Highly developed analytical and decision-making skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Adhere to all general safety rules
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word)

- Ability to operate necessary office equipment, computer software, hardware and equipment at a high level
- Ability to perform the following physical activities: fine manipulating with hands, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
