Job Title: EPMO Consultant

Client location New Jersey (Onsite) Need Local or nearby candidates

Hire Type 12+ months contract

Requirement:

• Year of exp 8+

Job Description:

• Developing, maintaining, and improving IT Processes
• Gathers the data outputs from projects and produces reports and forecasts about past and future project performance, the role is about managing the data and finding insight that can be used by EPMO Operations Manager that can then improve projects and how they function
• Preparing data and reports for project managers, the PMO team, project stakeholders, and the C-suite, with an understanding of the different needs of each
• Review and monitor all IT project performance and perform regular process compliance checks and prepare reports for same
• Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies
• Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
• Working with EPMO teams to ensure practices are well communicated and understood
• Develop needed MS Office material supporting the deliverables of the reporting manager across EPMO Operations and IT Process Transformation work

Skills:

• 5-7 years proven work experience in large PMO setup and Project Management methodologies (PMLC)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical abilities
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Expert in Excel and basic knowledge of any PPM tool
• Basic SQL knowledge and tool configuration skillset
• Relevant training and/or certifications
• Self-starter, hands-on, strong team player, flexible
