Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manhattan Warehouse Management (WMS) and Manhattan Active WM. This role involves managing and optimizing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution processes, by leveraging the Manhattan Active platform. We need resources that have experience configuring and managing MAMW. Within MAWM the most specific and rare skill we need is with their Proactive tool. If you cannot find many MAWM resources, then experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) could is the next best option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document warehouse and supply chain requirements.
  • Optimize and automate warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution.
  • Work on the integration of Manhattan WMS with other supply chain and enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manhattan Active WM implementations.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and post-implementation support.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and Manhattan WMS.
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, and distribution.
  • Knowledge of Manhattan system configuration, workflow, and integration with other supply chain systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and their integration into the MAWM system.
  • Experience in business requirement gathering, system design, and implementation of MAWM.
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manhattan Active Warehouse Management certification or relevant training.
  • Experience with cloud-based warehouse management solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools for warehouse data analysis.
