  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 13+ years of Salesforce expertise, including a strong background in software development and IT environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with a deep understanding of multi-tiered release environments. This role will also require proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, and familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Implement scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manage Salesforce development in multi-tiered release environments, including configuration, customization, and release management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using REST APIs, focusing on financial applications and systems.
  • Provide hands-on support in configuring Salesforce Communities and developing custom portals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and performance in Salesforce implementations.
  • Utilize Agile SDLC methodologies to plan, develop, and deliver new features in an iterative manner.
  • Develop, debug, and maintain code, adhering to object-oriented programming principles and systems engineering best practices.
  • Enhance Salesforce data visualization capabilities by leveraging tools like Power BI, Tableau/CRMA, and Einstein 1.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 13 years of experience in Salesforce development and software development/IT environments.
  • Expertise in Apex and Visualforce development.
  • Formal Salesforce Developer certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile SDLCs, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and systems engineering principles.
  • Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience developing in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management.
  • Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau/CRMA, and Einstein 1.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Jira Confluence, and Salesforce Communities.
  • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce data with financial systems through REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with front-end development libraries such as jQuery, Vue.js, Vuetify, and Google Maps/Charts.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is a plus, but not required.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
