  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  4. Scroll down and click on JavaScript.
  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."
  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

We are currently looking for Oracle HCM Data Conversion Consultant opportunity

Job Title: Oracle HCM Data Conversion Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6-12 Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: DOE

Required Skills:
At least 12+ Years of experience in Oracle HCM Data Conversion
Expertise in Designing Managing and Rectifying Conversion Issues
Strong Experience in data validations and reconciliation
Strong Experience in managing timelines, resources, and priorities while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Strong Experience in planning, development, and execution of mock conversions including cutover from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience in emotional intelligence to manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Experience in removing blockers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, including data conversion performance and data quality challenges.
Strong Experience in Project Management
Have to coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Experience in JIRA tasks, risks, decisions, follow-ups with various stakeholders for closure.
Strong Verbal and Communication skills is required for client facing
