What you will be doing
Join a team of passionate store planners and designers, as we embark on the Revit journey. This is a new role which will provide our experienced team with technological leadership on a wide range of projects. The Revit manager is crucial to insuring team productivity from a knowledge and software standpoint. We are looking for that unique individual with a passion for store planning, architecture, design, and all things Revit! The position leads the development of the program, maintenance, and IT support. This position will be the liaison with internal and external resources and other support channels related to Revit development.
The ideal candidate is a Revit guru with a proven record of transitioning teams from CAD to Revit. This position will be responsible for developing, refining, and updating all assets and tools as well as providing active and direct assistance to the Store Planning team. You will also develop processes and on-going in-house training for associates with skillsets ranging from Revit novices to Intermediate users - with special emphasis on best practices and personal lessons learned. We anticipate that you will divide time between participating as an active project contributor and providing Revit leadership, assistance, and support.
The position will be hybrid with visits to the Corporate Headquarters located in Boise, Idaho and frequency will be on an as needed basis.
Main responsibilities
The salary range is $72,100 to $93,640 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). [If applicable:] Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

Main responsibilities
- Lead and manage the use of Revit software department-wide, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all Revit installations as well as assessing and solving Revit user issues.
- Collaborate with ACI departments and consultants that utilize store planning documents to ensure compatibility.
- Coordinate with IT department the selection of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software products including license compliance, version releases, supporting legacy software, and customizing software for specific team needs.
- Update system-wide Revit assets from graphic and equipment specifications and cut sheets, building codes, energy codes, and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively and make decisions on technical issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct team coordination meetings related to Revit updates.
- Participate in team meetings to resolve project issues such as coordination, scheduling, and technical concerns.
- Monitor and implement industry innovation and best practices to "raise the bar" so all our Revit users have the proper tools & skillsets to be productive.

Education Level:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, Design, Construction, Construction Management, Interior Design, Technical, Civil Engineering, Education, Computer Science
Skills and Experiences:
- 3 to 5+ years of Revit experience
- 1+ years' experience in Revit program development and management
- Ability to encourage and train effectively and tactfully, in-person and remote
- Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
- Familiarity or use of SketchUp, Navisworks (collision detection), and other 3D software is a plus
- Familiarity or use of Network technologies and platforms (SharePoint) is a plus
- Familiarity or use of Printers/Plotters and other technologies is a plus
- Experience with Graphic Design or 3D Rendering Software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Lumion is a plus
- Ability to take on added responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
- Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others
- Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software
- Must be a self-starter and have the drive to pursue continued education
- Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Travel Requirements:
- Remote associate will be flexible to work in a Division Office and/or travel to Corporate Headquarters in Boise, Idaho and frequency will be based on business needs
