Your role and responsibilities
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.\n\nThe work model for the role is onsite/hybrid in New Berlin, Wisconsin. \n\nPlease note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. Candidates are expected to manage their own commuting arrangements.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n \tCollaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.\n \tUtilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.\n \tParticipating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.\n \tSeeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.\n \tLearn ABB US MOSE business systems and data architecture\n \tBuild queries and dashboards to support Business Operations team\n \tSupport with project focused on improving customer experience (E-commerce, On-time delivery, etc.)\n \tAnalyze business operations data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce operational cost\n \tLearn system interfaces and provide error management support

Qualifications for the role
- \tCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business or related field, in the United States
- \tIntern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- \tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
- \tUtilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
- \tEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- \tDemonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
- \tCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
