Job Title:- Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights:

    • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate insights that drive business decisions.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop actionable insights.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data to recommend improvements in processes and strategies.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Creation:

    • Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
    • Present findings and insights to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Data Integrity & Governance:

    • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in reporting and analysis.
    • Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data pipelines and architecture.
    • Implement and follow data governance best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to support their data and reporting needs.
    • Train and support business users in using BI tools for self-service reporting.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • 5-7 years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
    • Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and database design.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Proficient in Excel and experience with statistical tools such as R or Python is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica).
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling and machine learning.
