Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring consistency and high standards of service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborate with executive chefs and management teams to implement strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, develop budgets, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality.
- Uphold and elevate the standards that have earned us Michelin recognition.
- Manage staffing, training, and development processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Proven experience in operations management within upscale dining or fine dining establishments.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong financial acumen and operational understanding.
- Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
