Hyundai Rotem is a global heavy industry company that specializes in manufacturing rolling stock, military equipment and plant engineering. It is able to produce all types of rolling stock, including electric multiple units (EMUs), high-speed trains, engine locomotives, wireless trams and magnetic levitation (maglev) trains. In addition, it is ushering in the new era of eco-friendly hydrogen fuel by developing trains powered by hydrogen fuel cells along with hydrogen infrastructure and hydrogen markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and electronic database for project
  • Oversee the creation, organization, distribution, and storage of all project-related documents
  • Ensure that all documents comply with company and project templates and standards
  • Manage document versions and ensure that only the latest versions are used
  • Manages and audits document control process and systems to ensure control and availability of documentations to appropriate personnel
  • Assist in managing customer relations and addressing customer inquiries
  • Coordinate project activities under the guidance of project / contract managers
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure digital files are complete, legible, oriented correctly and named consistently according to the file naming convention
  • Scan hard copy documents into digital format and save the scanned documents in appropriate digital folder
  • Participate in project meetings with customer and draft meeting minutes
  • Participate in learning opportunities to gain project management skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to use English and Metric systems of measurement.
  • Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and written
  • Experience working with secure contracts and documents and reports
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Rail industry background preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Korean & English preferred
  • Must be currently authorized to work in any company in the US for other than practical training

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 – The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidates experience and qualifications
