Essential Functions
  • To ensure financial integrity with operations planning, market segmentation, market/customer analysis, competitive analysis and decision support tools.
  • To provide project leadership and support demand management activities of cross-functional resources for business proposals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in finance, economics, marketing analysis, related quantitative or analytical discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years related experience in finance, marketing analysis, operations analysis, business consulting or similar quantitative business analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Micro/macroeconomics and strategic marketing theories/techniques (market research, strategic models) (or) financial theory and industrial engineering/planning theory (or) demand management and portfolio management (or) mis, decision support systems, and user requirements definition. Knowledge of advanced computer applications, business intelligence tools. Strong analytical, project management, human relations and communication skills. Significant cross- functional project management experience required. Required strong oral and written English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Leads a team of employees to provide performance reporting and analytical support to Sourcing & Procurement organization. Coordinates with FP&A on spend data, identifying savings opportunities, and category forecasts and targets. Experience in Sourcing a plus.

Additional Details: Position will be hybrid in either Collierville, TN or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. Employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allowed flexibility to work from home otherwise.
