Requirements / Who We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Punctual
- Proficient in pallet jack operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Extremely neat, clean and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes hectic environment
- The desire to work long term with room for advancement
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift, bend, squat, twist, reach, stoop, lift
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift packages up to 55 pounds.
- Loyal and Have a Great Attitude.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a warehouse.
- History of contributing to a positive team spirit
- MUST be located within and fully authorized to work in the United States.
- Reports to Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Lead
- Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitor’s product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
- Reports any mechanical problems.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment.
