Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team! What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Process orders, manage accounts, and update customer information in our systems.
- Assist with in-person customer support, including check-ins, product assistance, and more.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
- Ensure follow-ups and provide solutions to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Competitive Pay: $16-$29 per hour PLUS bonuses for meeting and exceeding performance targets.
