General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Regional Applications Analyst in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region! As a Property Management company with over 60 residential communities and growing, we efficiently support hundreds of hardworking property management professionals across the country.

General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Regional Applications Analyst in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region! As a Property Management company with over 60 residential communities and growing, we efficiently support hundreds of hardworking property management professionals across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Train new employees and provide ongoing assistance regarding software applications and related procedures/policies.
- Be the first point of contact within the region for software, procedure, and policy support.
- Assist with the implementation of new software applications, hardware/computer upgrades and cybersecurity enhancements.
- Assist the IT Infrastructure Department to access and solve hardware and connectivity problems.
- Assist regional management as needed to ensure the region’s success.
- Be a liaison between the North Carolina region and corporate headquarters.
- Collaborate in develop/maintenance of Regional Application Analyst training guides.
- Available to travel between properties in The Research Triangle area as well as periodic travel outside of North Carolina for development training and assistance.
- College degree or applicable experience preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience with residential real estate management and/or financial software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365.
- Knowledge of apartment and residential real estate management concepts preferred.
