Work as a process and integration technician in the wafer Fab cleanroom. Candidate will work with development and manufacturing teams to process, inspect, perform metrology and disposition experimental wafers. Candidate will create recipes for vacuum tools - thin film deposition, ion beam etching, and/or reactive ion etching. Other responsibilities may include calibrating, monitoring and troubleshooting development tools.

• Minimum of five years experience in semiconductor and/or magnetic head wafer processing.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas - thin films, CMP, ion milling, reactive ion etching, metrology, lithography.
• Experience in working with R&D team on developing new processes and materials and running experiments.
• 2 year college minimum in science or engineering. BS degree preferred but not required.
• Candidate must be detail-oriented and have strong oral and written communication skills and excellent people skills.
• Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and be highly self-directed.
