The Global Alliance Director for Security Partnerships is essential in driving activity and results that contribute to the revenue goals and strategic objectives for Veeam's emerging partnerships with a strong focus on our security alliances. This individual should understand how to work with product, engineering, marketing, executive leadership, and extended teams within Veeam to develop new partnerships and expand current partnerships with future growth in mind. This role will play a critical part in the strategic alliance relationship between Veeam and these new partnerships to identify technology integrations, expansion into new routes to market, and possible acquisition opportunities while having a fundamental understanding of alignment to company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive all development activities with new partnerships and extended teams at Veeam
  • Engage new emerging partnerships aligned to business objectives set forth by leadership and engineering teams
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders engaged in new and existing partnerships.
  • Track new business opportunities and activities with new partnerships to be shared with internal Veeam stakeholders
  • Leverage and build upon the existing initiatives and relationships established by the Veeam leadership
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews sharing progress and milestones in the partnership
  • Identify and document quarterly success stories with product marketing
  • Project Manage the milestones to ensure meeting objectives set forth by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Ability to build, grow, and drive the day-to-day management with a Strategic Alliance Partnership
  • Have a solid understanding of industry-relevant joint technology partnerships as an organization from a culture and operating procedures point of view (product, sales, marketing)
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Proven track record of program and campaign creation for driving sales
  • Experience working with Global Alliance partner sales and partner business development is a must, as well as developing and building security alliance experience.
  • Highly desired to have a track record of defined joint solutions and joint go-to-market strategies with 3rd parties ISV and Partners
  • Comfortable with driving executive interlock and update meetings with management teams on both sides
  • Understanding of Product Management and Marketing disciplines
  • Identify new routes of revenue for the partner as well as for Veeam and define the channel and GTM planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time globally
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$242,100 $345,800 USD
