Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner of client relationships, facilitating decision-making and high-level client interactions to drive success.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring clients remain successful and realize the full value of UnisLink's services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on UnisLink s operations, including compliance, core processes, and the UnisLink reporting and analytics platform.
  • Assist clients in becoming proficient users of UnisLink s client portal and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Coordinate and manage client-related workflows requiring client review and approval, such as Collections, Charity Care & Discounts, and Refunds.
  • Maintain accurate client information, including contact details, in UnisLink s CRM system.
  • Oversee and manage special client projects, tracking progress and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Participate in the contract renewal process, acting as the primary relationship owner.
  • Stay informed on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) trends and client market environments.
  • Operate necessary technology systems (e.g., billing platforms, faxes, scanners) to support client needs.
  • Continuously update job knowledge through self-development, educational opportunities, and taking on new responsibilities.
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Establish a reputation as a trusted advisor, fostering a strong internal and external network.
  • Champion UnisLink s core values of Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus, and Continuous Improvement in all client interactions.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with UnisLink policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Managment (RCM) experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, particularly in managing client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and client reporting/analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of the RCM industry and familiarity with healthcare operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Initiative in updating job knowledge and taking on new challenges.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards.
  • High School Diploma required; bachelor s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building techniques.
