Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and customer engagement.
- Oversee CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Manage SEM and SEO strategies to improve organic and paid search performance.
- Lead the design and execution of UI/UX improvements to optimize the online customer experience.
- Implement and analyze display and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Foster customer acquisition through targeted digital advertising and lifecycle marketing techniques.
- Drive strategic development initiatives that align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all digital channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with extensive leadership experience.
- Proven track record in managing CRM systems and executing effective customer retention strategies.
- Expertise in SEM, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on customer engagement.
- Experience in display advertising and retargeting strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and campaign optimization.
