Position Overview

The Director of Digital Marketing will lead our digital marketing strategy and execution, driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative and effective online campaigns. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand's online presence and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to conversion and beyond. Prior exposure to CRM, SEO, Display, Retargeting are core requirements for this position; paired with extensive leadership experience working in companies with innovative digital marketing strategies.

This position will be responsible for setting the overall strategic marketing direction of the company, while driving long-term, profitable customer relationships. Prior exposure to loyalty programs and lifestyle marketing practices are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and customer engagement.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Manage SEM and SEO strategies to improve organic and paid search performance.
  • Lead the design and execution of UI/UX improvements to optimize the online customer experience.
  • Implement and analyze display and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Foster customer acquisition through targeted digital advertising and lifecycle marketing techniques.
  • Drive strategic development initiatives that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with extensive leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in managing CRM systems and executing effective customer retention strategies.
  • Expertise in SEM, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on customer engagement.
  • Experience in display advertising and retargeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and campaign optimization.
