Main roles include: document prep for scanning, scanning, quality check, and preparation of boxes.
Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in legal industry is highly desired. ABILITY TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, UTILIZING STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Some related copy job experience is preferred. May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh. Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred. Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow. Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures. Basis electronics knowledge is preferred. Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects. Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials. Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery. Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications. Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copiers, perform binding, finishing, and daily quality checks.
- Address copier issues such as paper jams and coordinate with technicians for advanced repairs.
- Manage sensitive legal documents and ensure high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Sort and distribute mail, office supplies, and fax transmissions; maintain records for management reports and billing logs.
- Respond to service calls, maintain daily meter and service logs, and deliver completed jobs within the site and to external locations.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, as well as light building maintenance such as setting up meeting rooms and minor re-lamping.
- Assist with file services, including scanning, file formatting, OCR processing, and FTP file transfers.
- Provide professional support to legal secretaries, project managers, paralegals, and partners, ensuring accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Assist with off-site project coordination and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience operating and maintaining copier equipment in a legal environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential documents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in handling mail, faxes, office supplies, and shipping/receiving.
- Comfortable performing light maintenance and building support tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with executive-level staff.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, postage meters, and PCs.
