Responsibilities
" Inspection of own work using quality standards and work instructions.
" Conduct pull tests as needed for particular operations.
" Measure components using calipers, gages, or other measuring devices.
" Inspect product to print.
" Complete necessary operational paperwork required to maintain the traceability of product.
" May troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment.
" General housekeeping of work area.
" Follow company and department guidelines, procedures and policies.
" Follow safety guidelines.
" Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.
" Read and perform tasks according to drawings.
What Your Background Should Look Like
" HS diploma or GED preferred.
" Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
" Basic computer skills preferred.
" Good communication skills.
" Ability to interpret product blueprints preferred.
" Ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties.
" Experience with using measuring devices (gages, calipers, etc.) preferred.
" Available to work overtime to support production goals as needed.
" Must be able to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
" Must be able to remain in stationary position 75% of the time.
" Must be able to operate machinery.
" Must be able to move between work zones.
" Must be proficient and able to understand written instructions in English language.
