Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff-to-client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment.

Hours: 10:00am-6:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm Friday

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and route phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Computer data input and filing.
  • Create documents using Word, Excel, and other software.
  • Purchase supplies and services and make payments.
  • Retrieve and distribute mail.
  • Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Receive, coordinate, and file client information.
  • Assist with intake calls.
  • Process and file vendor paperwork.
  • Attend and participate in all staff meetings and in-service trainings, as required.
  • Report any crisis or serious concerns to supervisor immediately.
  • Conduct facility tours, as needed.
  • Always maintain professional boundaries with clients.
  • Performs other tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working in healthcare is very helpful.
  • Approachable personality to welcome staff of all levels to seek help from you.
