Our client is seeking a VP OF OPERATIONS to join their team and report directly into the President. The VP of Operations is responsible for the companys day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the secure handling of the payments processes. The VP of Operations is responsible for the development and execution of payment strategies and will partner with functional partners to achieve strategic initiatives.

VP OF OPERATIONS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client services strategy that aligns with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development of client-focused initiatives. Set KPIs and performance metrics to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and implement best practices and process improvements to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payment processing lifecycle, ensuring secure and efficient transaction handling, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of the payment processing platform, leading efforts to reduce downtime, improve transaction speeds, and enhance system resilience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team. Identify and address skills gaps within the team, providing opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Strategic direction and Development Lead the development and refinement of the Operations Strategy aligned with overall goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence Drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.

VP OF OPERATIONS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field required (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within the payment processing, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Expertise in payment processing regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).
  • Experience with payment processing platforms, transaction monitoring, and operational technology.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance in the payment processing industry.

  • Total Salary Range $160K $200K
  • PTO, plus paid Holidays
