Job Description
Responsible for designing creative assets that represent a global brand across a variety of marketing touch points. Uniquely positioning our competitive advantage and differentiation through visual design both internally and externally including experiential design, print, digital, and product.
This position is also responsible for all internal graphic design needs and is a steward of brand consistency and standards, helping communicate, build, and articulate the importance of building L&H s brand to represent the company as an innovative advanced manufacturer worldwide.
The position will work closely with other team members on creative direction of brand assets and create print and digital assets as well as experiential environments that reinforce brand positioning all while getting to create for specific industries and strategy efforts across the business.
Required:
- Design skills working in Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience in production if printing and print production
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Creative
- Self-starter
- Works well both independently and in collaborative team environments
- Adapts to changing priorities and project requirements
- Collaborate and communicate with team members regarding progress and challenges to ensure project goals are achieved
- Have passion to learn the industry and make an impact across the organization through design
Preferred:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications
- Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Animation, product renderings, motion graphics
- Website design
