  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hr

*** CANDIDATES WILL NEED (2) MONITORS AT HOME FOR REMOTE SETUP 2 DAYS PER WEEK ***

Responsibilities
  • Must be dependable, well-organized, detailed oriented, self-starter with the ability to define work scope, tasks, and utilize resources in order to meet established Service Level Agreements.
  • Act with a sense of urgency and a can-do attitude to address business need and accomplish goals
  • Conflict resolution- ability to facilitate discussion; ability to quickly obtain relevant facts to resolve a problem is vital.
  • Anticipates customer needs and consistently meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Must be available to work varying shifts dependent upon volume and/or business need.
  • Must be able to work in a quota driven environment

Computer Literacy

Microsoft Office Suite

Previous Experience With Legacy Brokerage Internal Systems Is Preferred

Previous New Account experience is preferred

Proven ability to learn other software packages

Type a minimum of 35 wpm, Ten key by touch
