Responsibilities:
Writing and maintaining source code for software applications
Testing and bug fixing to ensure smooth software operations
Managing configuration and documentation processes in software development
Applying and maintaining various frameworks involved in a software release
Communicating effectively with internal team members across multiple areas
Influencing project or team leaders regarding solution design and process approaches
Utilizing creativity and ingenuity to develop new technical solutions and systems
Handling customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer records
Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
Applying expertise in one or more programming languages for software development
Managing large projects or processes that impact multiple technical areas.
Requirements
Must possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
Ability to handle technical documentation with precision and attention to detail
Experience in training and mentoring team members is necessary
Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects
Ability to work with vendors for software procurement and maintenance
Capable of providing solutions and answers to complex technical issues
Proficient in configuration management tools and practices
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their implications in software development
Experience with various programming languages and software development frameworks
Ability to deliver software deliverables on time and within budget
Understanding of software development principles and best practices
Creativity in problem-solving and software design
Experience in talent management and team building is a plus
Willingness for occasional international travel for client meetings or conferences
Proficient in various software applications and computer programming techniques
Ability to provide technical solutions based on user requirements and business needs
Familiarity with software release cycles and source code management
Experience in credit approvals software or financial software is beneficial
Ability to debug and fix bugs in software code effectively.
