Digital Experience Specialist

Location: Eagan, MN (Hybrid - Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office)

Contract Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:

Join our client's team as a Digital Experience Specialist, where you'll support and execute digital initiatives that align with their organizational goals and customer needs. You'll be responsible for publishing engaging, customer-centric digital experiences on their website, focusing on enhancing their public site at key touchpoints throughout the customer journey. This role involves supporting the Digital Experience team during the migration to a new design and publishing system.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend working sessions to identify, plan, prioritize, and analyze needs with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and digital strategists to create effective digital experiences.
  • Use custom layouts and components to create new pages supporting website migration objectives.
  • Edit existing content for accuracy, style standards, and digital best practices.
  • Follow processes and procedures for publishing and development.
  • Optimize content for search engines.
  • Add tagging to media and document libraries to enable targeted digital experiences.
  • Test digital experiences and validate content quality and expected behavior.
  • Validate CMS component functionality and report issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Drupal layout builder publishing.
  • Testing and quality assurance (QA) experience.
  • Experience in an agile product-led environment.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Background in CX/UX/Design Thinking.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market (market dynamics, regulations).
  • Experience working with IT, Product, and/or Customer Service teams.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year in digital and/or content-related roles (strategist, copywriter, etc.).
  • Consideration of all relevant experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience.
  • Ability to embody our client's values and act as a digital experience thought leader.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and/or publishing consumer content for various forms of interactive media (web, social, email, mobile).
  • Passion for content strategy and the digital landscape.
  • Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends.
  • Experience with various content management systems (CMS) and workflow tools.
  • Awareness of taxonomy, SEO, and metadata best practices and strategies.
  • Strong interest in or knowledge of how healthcare organizations use content strategy and customer empathy to engage with consumers.
  • Results-oriented approach driven by organizational and consumer goals.
