  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

As a Medical Assistant in our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for assisting providers with patient exams and procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinical activities. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist providers with patient care, examinations, and procedures
  • Perform vital signs, medical history intake, and patient documentation in EMR
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including setting up exam rooms and instruments
  • Administer injections, collect lab specimens, and process laboratory tests
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification
  • Experience in an OB/GYN or women's health required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) preferably AthenaOne.
