Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads
- Sales Support: Support the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals. Follow up with leads and prospects to advance them through the sales funnel
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and build strong relationships. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to help shape marketing strategies and sales approaches
- Metrics Tracking: Track and report on marketing and sales metrics, including lead generation progress, campaign performance, and sales results. Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties related to marketing and sales operations, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not necessary
- Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome recent graduates or individuals with a strong interest in marketing and sales
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms
