Our next Human Resources Data Specialist (Part-time) will require mastery of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support all areas of the business in creating one true source of accurate data. The HR Data Specialist will not only manage this data on a high level but also analyze it using PowerBI Dashboards to show trends and metrics. The right candidate will have a great attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of accuracy. Must be a motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a continually growing and evolving organization.

Where You'll Be Planted

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days/week out of the King of Prussia, PA office.

To Be Blunt, This Person Will

  • Provides both day-to-day and project-based support in an operational capacity
  • Utilize Power BI to design and create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of HR data, including but not limited to workforce demographics, recruitment metrics, employee performance, and retention rates.
  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, headcount, and diversity.
  • Assist with data needs for HR projects, such as workforce planning, talent management, and performance tracking.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of HR operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR analytics.
  • Work closely with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to streamline data processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT to resolve technical problems.
  • Participate in special projects involving large-scale data analysis or system updates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What We’re High On... We value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. To be successful in this role, we know you’ll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in-depth with data analytics including system integrations, dashboards, and automations
  • Proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • High proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI)
  • Experience troubleshooting HRIS platforms and offering solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with shifting goals and priorities
