The Entry Level Sales Team Member supports our Fundraising team by taking a hands-on approach to developing our client's brand name in the community. The Entry Level Sales Team Member is responsible for facilitating promotional sales strategies, encouraging team cohesiveness, and other duties related to the day to day logistics of running the events. TheSales Team Member will also have the opportunity to train with senior management team members on behind-the-scenes logistics and business operations.

Entry Level Sales Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Work with fellow team members to execute promotional sales campaigns
  • Analyze results and make appropriate recommendations to increase sales
  • Actively identify and engage new potential strategies for increasing fundraising results
  • Assist with all promotional activities during the duration of each event
  • Execute interactive presentations to potential customers and donors
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities and stay up to date with all relevant information
  • Use your strategic leadership ability to inspire change, drive performance, and develop high-functioning sales professionals

Entry Level Sales Team Member Requirements:

  • High school diploma or certification
  • Higher education degree is preferred, but not required
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position
  • You have some leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience with a focus on building, developing, and supporting high-performance teams
  • You can positively impact others' attitudes, appeal to their motivations, and influence change through compassion, empathy, and accountability
  • You have a futuristic mindset and can set realistic targets to achieve defined success
  • You have a reputation for knowing what you want, being decisive, and working harder than anyone to achieve your goals
