As an Insurance Agent at the Westphal Agency, AAA Washington Insurance you will be building relationships and providing customized personal, life and commercial insurance services to individuals and businesses throughout Washington and northern Idaho. This position is hybrid and can be primarily remote work from home. If you enjoy making connections with people and care about protecting others, please apply for this role!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty, Life & Disability Insurance license.
  • Sales experience and proven track record is a plus.

WHAT YOU LL DO

Service existing accounts, sell and make recommendations on all insurance products offered by the carriers represented by AAA Insurance Agency

  • Service existing accounts and develop sales opportunities using Lead Management, Membership system, and other lead sources while increasing overall sales and the percentage of member households purchasing AAA Insurance products.
  • Identify, evaluate, and provide resolutions to customer s insurance needs.

SALARY RANGE

Annual salary is $60,000 to $66,000 based on experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for incentives of up to 13% based on sales, plus carrier cash incentives.
