Senior UX Project Manager
Location: Onsite in Bellevue, WA (Hybrid potential)
Contract: 12 Months+
Pay Rate: $2800-3200 per week (DOE)

We are seeking a Senior UX Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in user experience program management and a strong background in driving large-scale product initiatives. This role will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and delivery of programs and processes to enhance user experience research and product design value across a leading Digital organization.

Role Overview:

The Senior Design Program Manager will work on amplifying the user experience impact by managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will inspire improved Digital customer experiences across consumer and business markets while driving progress toward strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives to continuously improve operational models and processes by automating tasks, refining workflows, and developing repeatable methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Research, Data Analysis, Product, and Marketing teams to provide strategic input on long-term roadmaps and scope, effectively communicating user experience recommendations.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Define and implement end-to-end project processes, from road mapping and intake to design review, approvals, and final delivery.
• Oversee and manage project status, assess changes in scope, and communicate impacts on budget and timelines to stakeholders.
• Lead and oversee high-priority programs and initiatives, providing strategic direction to internal and external contributors.
• Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement through RACI exercises and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and convert ambiguous opportunities into structured, actionable projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree required.
• 7-10+ years of experience in design project or program management across digital ecosystems, including eCommerce, Apps, Web, and Design language systems.
• Proven track record of working across a wide array of internal business groups, external marketing agencies, executive stakeholders, and execution partners.
• Experience in resource management, capacity tracking, and resource planning.
• Proficient with communication, workflow, and creative asset management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Jira, Sketch, Figma, Slack, and similar platforms.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to Director and VP-level senior leadership.
• Experience managing project and scrum teams in Agile environments.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working in the telecom or enterprise space.
• Experience supporting UX design teams with agile delivery processes.
