  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Workday Functional HCM Lead

Position Purpose:

Duties

This position is responsible for leading the HR

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead building of Recruitment and Talent prototypes in tenants and migration to Production. Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system

Oversee and execute system testing\

Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure appropriate configuration

Understand unique business requirements and translate into system configuration

Appropriately escalate risks

Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Workday Configuration roles

Experience with two (2) or more end-to-end implementation projects with Workday

HCM systems experience and the technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements

Ability to meet deadlines
