Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Production Services, Workplace Technology Support Team. This role primarily focuses on supporting our global messaging and collaboration environment. The team operates on a 24x7x365 basis, ensuring continuous support and seamless communication across our organization.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $40 - $45 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for secure messaging technologies, including PGP, TLS, IRM, and S/MIME.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues within Microsoft Exchange and M365 environments.
  • Handle multiple priorities and tasks effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers, both orally and in writing.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in large, corporate Office 365 hybrid environments.
  • Apply knowledge of email security principles, including DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and TLS.
  • Utilize network security principles and practices to maintain a secure messaging environment.


Experience Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of related infrastructure experience.
  • Proficiency in secure messaging technologies (PGP, TLS, IRM, S/MIME).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and M365.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in large, complex, corporate Office 365 hybrid environments.
  • Understanding of email security principles (DMARC/DKIM/SPF/TLS).
  • Knowledge of network security principles and practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
