A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Power Apps-Automate Developer

Position Type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)

As a Power Apps-Automate Developer, you will:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Support and manage project to design and implement a new Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)

• Manage Microsoft s Power Platform tools for creating applications and developing automated workflows.
• Conduct Power Apps and Power Automate training sessions for employees at all levels, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Serve as a technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle, offering support for teams implementing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows and business processes, identifying and recommending opportunities for automation using Power Automate.
• Integrate organizational change management practices into training and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user engagement.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, including building custom applications and creating automated workflows.
• Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions using Power Platform tools.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple training programs concurrently

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range*: $70 to $75 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
