What You’ll Do

The Associate, Product Catalog & Site Merchandising plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations for the assigned retailer and associated platform. The Associate is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of detail pages and brand stores on our retailer's website. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing asset production timelines to ensure a visually compelling and engaging online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and set up detail pages for products on the retailer's website, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
  • Regularly update and maintain detail pages to reflect changes in product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Establish and maintain brand stores on the retailer's website, showcasing a curated selection of products that align with brand priorities.
  • Ensure brand consistency and a visually appealing presentation within brand stores.
  • Regularly refresh detail pages and brand stores based on brand priorities, seasonal changes, and key marketing moments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content updates with overall brand strategies.
  • Create and manage asset production timelines for images, videos, and other multimedia elements used on detail pages and brand stores.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional online and marketing teams to collaborate and ensure that detail pages and brand stores effectively support overall business and brand objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or a related field,
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,400 to $93,250. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
