Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase client satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, working to expand our offerings and services.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance metrics and client feedback to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regular Communication: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities to management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of account management or client-facing experience, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., technology, services, etc.].
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
