Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Risk Lead to spearhead the development of a robust risk management program from the ground up. This role requires a hands-on leader who can collaborate with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives while working closely with the team to implement effective controls that safeguard the organization. The focus is on meaningful solutions, not just acquiring tools. This position involves significant collaboration with teams across Europe and India.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and Implement: Create a comprehensive cyber risk management program from scratch.

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to advance the cyber risk initiative.

  • Global Coordination: Work closely with teams in Europe and India to ensure cohesive risk management practices.

  • Enterprise Integration: Integrate cyber risk management with Enterprise Risk Management on a large scale.

  • Enhance Security Measures: Utilize existing cyber tools to strengthen security measures.

  • Engage the Organization: Ensure all organizational levels are actively involved in risk management practices.


Must Haves:



  • Extensive Experience: 8+ years in a Cyber Risk Lead role.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building a risk management program from the ground up.

  • Industry Background: Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing industries.

  • Global Collaboration: Proven experience working with international teams.
